Job Details
Role: HGV Class 1 Night Trunk Driver
Location: Poole
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Start Time: 19.00
Type: Ongoing work
You’ll be responsible for operating a Class 1 vehicle safely and professionally, completing trunk runs while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
What We’re Looking For
To be considered, you must have:
✔ Minimum 6 months’ recent Class 1 commercial driving experience
✔ Valid UK HGV Class 1 Licence
✔ Valid Driver CPC Card
✔ Digital Tachograph Card
✔ Own transport to travel to and from work
✔ No more than 6 penalty points
❌ No DR, DD or IN endorsements
Your Responsibilities
1. Safely operate a Class 1 HGV
2. Complete vehicle checks before and after each shift
3. Ensure deliveries are completed efficiently and professionally
4. Follow all road transport legislation and company procedures
5. Communicate effectively with transport teams and customers
6. Maintain accurate driving and delivery records
