Benefits Salary £25,355 Hours - Full-time 9-5.30pm/ 10.30- 7pm you will be required to work 1 in every 4 weekends with a day off in lieu for either day. Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for customers requiring support. Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as respond to email inquiries. Issue booking confirmations and process web bookings. Resolve customer queries with professionalism and efficiency. Support the administration of cancellations and discuss alternative options with customers. Qualifications We’d love to hear from you if you have: Proven experience in a customer service environment. A strong passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to quickly build strong relationships with customers.
