Warehouse Operatives - Full time and Part time available
Location: Maidstone
Pay Rate: £12.21 - £12.67 per hour
Hours: Afternoon and Night shifts available
The Recruitment Crowd are hiring on behalf of our industry-leading client! We’re looking for multiple Warehouse Operatives to join a growing team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately sort and organise parcels according to routes and destinations.
* Operate scanners, conveyor belts, and other warehouse equipment.
* Label and categorise parcels correctly to ensure smooth delivery.
* Work closely with team members to meet daily targets and maintain workflow.
* Identify and report any damaged parcels following company procedures.
* Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles efficiently.
* Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
* Follow all health, safety, and security procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus, but not essential.
* Physically fit – able to stand for long periods and lift packages of varying weights.
* High attention to detail.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* A team player with strong communication skills.
* Flexible with working night shifts and occasional overtime.
* Reliable transport to and from the warehouse.
