We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and people-focused Talent Acquisition Officer who thrives on creating great hiring experiences and wants to make a real impact in a values-led organisation.
Working within our supportive and ambitious People Team, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of roles, from housing and trades to corporate and specialist services. You’ll be the go-to expert, guiding hiring managers, writing inclusive job adverts, and using creative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
This isn’t just about filling roles. It’s about building teams that reflect our communities, delivering social impact, and putting people first, staff and tenants alike.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing recruitment campaigns from start to finish
* Supporting managers with planning, sourcing, and shortlisting
* Writing engaging, inclusive adverts and using social media creatively
* Attending job fairs, running open days, and supporting internal projects
* Develop & deliver recruitment training
* Championing diversity, data-driven hiring, and candidate care
What You’ll Bring
* Recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
* Knowledge of inclusive hiring and sourcing techniques
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
