Main Responsibilities As part of the Store Management team, you’ll work with the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, supporting team growth, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. With a strong focus on delivering great customer experiences, you’ll drive commercial results. You’ll lead by example, championing our service values and creating a positive team environment. From coaching colleagues to spotting opportunities for growth, you’ll play a key part in your store’s success.
