Overview
External Field Sales position + work from home - high value projects, consultative solution selling process Business to Business. Location: South Yorkshire. Industry: Technology, Product Sales, B2B, Field Sales, Projects, Tenders, Capital Equipment.
Responsibilities
* Sell premium technology solutions to business clients, focusing on new business development and strategic account management.
* Engage in consultative solution selling, build rapport with clients quickly, and open doors to secure deals.
* Operate in a fast-paced environment with a 3-month induction period of intensive product and corporate sales training.
* Collaborate with management and sales teams to facilitate sales success and support colleagues as you progress.
* Progress toward promotion paths (e.g., larger key accounts or managing others) based on effort, teamwork, and sales performance.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 2–8 years of field sales experience selling a product B2B, with a consultative solution selling approach.
* Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships; capable of working independently and as part of a team; driven to be successful and invest in a progressive sales career.
* Driving licence required.
Package & Benefits
* Base salary: £35,000–£40,000.
* OTE: £60,000–£70,000 (uncapped; year 1–2).
* Top performers earning £70,000–£100,000+ (uncapped).
