About The Role
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee the strategy and execution of our digital marketing activities, including website management, social media management, SEO, email & newsletters, targeted PPC campaigns, lead generation, and data analytics and automation. This full-time role (Monday to Thursday) will be a key addition to the marketing team and shape the planning and future of our digital presence.
This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact by establishing marketing processes and functions in a small but fast-growing marketing team, working alongside the brand & PR manager, and product marketing.
What we're looking for:
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager with an understanding of demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies in the B2B deep tech space. You will be responsible for managing our new website and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring our digital platforms are optimized for performance.
What you will be doing with us:
* Website Management: Assist with building the new website, proactively optimize and improve it, collaborate with internal web team, ensure branding alignment, and manage performance, security, and user experience.
* Lead & Demand Generation: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns, develop lead-generation strategies, create email campaigns and newsletters, lead ABM strategy, and collaborate on messaging.
* LinkedIn: Develop and execute LinkedIn strategies, create content, monitor performance, and increase engagement.
* Digital Strategy & Execution: Build internal skills, develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
* Marketing Automation: Manage platforms like ActiveCampaign or HubSpot, optimize CRM, align with sales, and implement data management best practices.
Skills We Are Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
* Experience in digital marketing and website management
* Expertise in demand and lead-generation strategies
* Proven growth in social media presence, especially LinkedIn
* Strong understanding of web technologies and marketing automation
* Excellent project management and communication skills
* Ability to analyze data and derive insights
Nice to Have
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, web development
* Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.
Location
This role is based on-site at digiLab's offices on the Quay, Exeter.
