Your primary mission will be to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Here's what you'll be doing:\n\nBe the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and deliveries. 🚪\nKeep all areas of the office, including the stock room, clean and tidy at all times.\nPrepare for meetings and provide refreshments as required.
☕\nManage all office supplies, including food and stationery.\nCoordinate with service providers for office maintenance and repairs.\nOversee Slack/Kisi and Gett accounts.\nSupport the Finance Director with IT management.\nManage gifts for staff and clients. 🎁\nProvide ad hoc support for Columns/Directors.\nManage budgets for office supplies, calendar events, and Tuesday breakfast.\nAttend weekly team meetings and monthly agency meetings.Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):\n\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\nProficiency in office management software and tools.\nAbility to multitask and prioritise effectively.\nPrevious experience in an office management role is preferred.Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):\n\nKnowledge of PR industry practises is a plus.\nExperience with HR systems such as Bright HR.\nFamiliarity with budget management and finance processes.\nCreative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.Technologies:\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nFamiliarity with Slack, Kisi, Gett, and other office management tools.How to apply:\nIf you're ready to jump into this exciting role and help shape our thriving culture, we'd love to hear from you!
