We’re now looking for an Administrator to join our Cambridge office, supporting multiple professional teams and playing a key role in keeping the office running smoothly.
The role
As an Administrator, you’ll provide high-quality, professional support to three teams, while also assisting the wider admin function when needed. You’ll be trusted with a broad and varied workload, from diary management and meeting coordination through to invoicing, reporting, bids, and marketing support.
This is a role for someone who takes pride in being organised, proactive, and reliable — and who enjoys being the backbone of a successful office.
Key responsibilities
* Diary and calendar management for Directors and Team Leads
* Meeting coordination, agendas, minute-taking, and action tracking
* Reception cover and office coordination
* Travel and accommodation arrangements
* Project setup, archiving, and document management
* Purchase orders, invoicing, and financial reporting
* CRM updates and fee quote support
* Bid and tender documentation assistance
* Marketing support (CVs, project profiles)
* Timesheet input and contractor support
What we’re looking for
* Previous administration experience
* GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above in Maths and English
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Strong Excel knowledge, including formulas
* Intermediate audio typing and dictation experience
* A positive, can-do attitude and pride in doing things properly
