About the Role As an Operational Resilience Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading the implementation and strengthening of the Society’s operational resilience framework and policies. This includes ensuring that a continually improving framework is in place to systematically identify, measure, mitigate, report, monitor and manage the most significant resilience risks. You will also support the daily processes and activities that alert management about new issues and risks evolution. What You’ll Do: • Lead the identification of important business services and help set impact tolerances. • Coordinate scenario testing and the development of contingencies and recovery strategies. •Work closely with risk, technology and all Society departments to strengthen resilience planning. •Champion a culture of resilience across the Society through strong engagement with teams. •Coordinate the management of the Society’s Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery.
