We are looking for an experienced UK based Solutions Integrator to join our expanding teams.
You will have the flexibility to work from either our London, Farnborough, Newcastle or Erskine site on a hybrid basis.
Successful candidates must be UK based, currently hold or be eligible for SC Clearance.
As a Solutions Integrator, you play a pivotal role in the creation and delivery of technical solutions that align with customer needs. Acting as a trusted technical advisor within the account, you are responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
You bring a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple workloads simultaneously, delivering IT solutions across a diverse range of technologies and project delivery models. Your experience spans at least one of the following domains, complemented by a proactive, “Get It Done” PACE-driven mindset:
1. Cloud Infrastructure & ITO
2. Analytics and Engineering
3. Applications
4. Modern Workplace
5. Security
Key Skills
6. Deep understanding of modern architecture frameworks
7. Familiarity with digital transformation trends (e.g. IoT, AI, Cloud, Industry 4.0)
8. Strong grounding in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum)
9. Hands-on experience with cloud migration and modernization
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the wider team to design and implement high-quality, compliant solutions that meet client objectives.
Define and maintain a high-level solution strategy, identifying key differentiators to create client resonance and competitive advantage. Consultative support of governance and readiness where solution is not within the scope of Service Lines
Producing and maintaining the high-level solution strategy, determining key differentiators that will resonate with the client to ensure solution components optimally and comprehensively fit opportunity requirements and resolve client business challenges.
Document and track essential solution components across the lifecycle, including:
10. Requirements and constraints
11. Risks and assumptions
12. Contingencies and mitigation strategies
13. Effort estimates, delivery timelines, and resource allocation
14. Vendor quotes and supply chain lead times
