We currently have an opportunity for Retail Stand Managers to join our team at Nottingham Forest Football Club.
This opportunity is for the 2025/26 Football Season, with work on Matchdays and Non-Match Days. It’s an excellent opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative catering environment.
We seek outstanding, customer-focused individuals to join a world-leading food and facilities management company, offering excellent career progression opportunities. Prior experience in hospitality and a solid foundation in customer service are preferred.

Job responsibilities include:
1. Attending pre-match meetings with the Retail Manager
2. Ensuring catering outlets are ready for service at the designated opening time
3. Assisting Team Leaders as needed
4. Checking stock levels and documenting changes
5. Completing stock checks and adhering to company policies
6. Following Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures
7. Completing required documentation
8. Reporting staff issues to support their development
9. Conducting regular checks on catering outlets, including end-of-service cleaning
10. Managing a team effectively
11. Providing excellent customer service and handling complaints confidently
12. Paying close attention to detail and working under pressure
13. Experience in stadiums is preferred but not essential
14. Experience in hospitality, bars, or catering venues
