Event salary: Up to £46,000 per annum depending on shifts.
* F1 Day rate - £125
* F1 Rest Day rate - £100
* F1 Daily expenses (exp.Silverstone) - £47
Retention Bonus:
* Retention bonus - Year 1 - £500
* Retention bonus - Year 2 - £600
* Retention bonus - Year 3 - £700
