Role: Interventions Teaching Assistant

✨ What Will You Be Doing?
You’ll be the go-to person for phonics interventions, helping children in EYFS and KS1 master the building blocks of reading and writing. Your day will include:
* Leading small group sessions and 1:1 support for pupils who need an extra boost.
* Using creative strategies to make phonics fun and engaging.
* Tracking progress and adapting activities to meet individual needs.
* Working closely with teachers and the EYFS team to raise attainment.
* Supporting children with EAL and language barriers to ensure every child feels included.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong phonics knowledge and confidence delivering interventions.
✔ Experience supporting EYFS & KS1 learners.
✔ Patience, creativity, and a passion for helping children succeed.
✔ Bonus: Experience with EAL learners or additional needs.
