We are on the lookout for proactive and confident problem solvers to join our clients IT support team in Lincoln. If you excel in a dynamic setting and have a knack for resolving customer issues, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Offer support to customers through phone and email.
* Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported by users, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
* Correct data issues and produce reports as necessary.
* Log all support interactions in the ticketing system, ensuring accuracy.
* Prioritise and manage the tickets, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
* Escalate complex issues as needed.
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
* Experience in customer-facing support, particularly in application or technical support.
* Proficiency in report generation.
* Keen attention to detail.
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while managing individual responsibilities.
