We currently have a vacancy at Coleshill Day Centre in Llanelli for a Specialist Support Worker. This post will require staff to work 18 hrs a week over three days, with availability between the hours of 8:00 and 17:30.

Coleshill Day Centre provides care and support for individuals aged 18+ with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs, and behaviours of concern. The post holder will contribute to a caring and enabling environment which promotes the dignity and independence of the individuals we support.

Applicants should have experience of supporting individuals in building-based services and in the community, taking part in a wide range of therapeutic, fun and educational activities.

DBS level:

An Enhanced with Barred List Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this job. It is an offence to apply for the role if the applicant is barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children or adults at risk

Welsh language level - verbal

Level 2 - You will need a basic level of conversational Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
