Duties
* Liaising with clients and building sustainable relationships
* Liaising with the service team prior to key client meetings to discuss actions
* Providing feedback to the service team to implement corrective actions
* Working closely with the remedials team to allow quotations to be completed successfully
* Providing reports and updates to the Service Manager on key clients’ account management activities
* Continually looking for ways to improve relationships with key clients and the services we offer
* Conducting regular client review meetings to assess service performance and identify improvement opportunities
* Working with the wider service team to ensure works are scheduled and delivered effectively
* Monitoring contract performance including KPIs, response times and client satisfaction
* Performing any other reasonable requests from the business
Candidate Skill Requirements
* Previous experience within a Key Account Manager or similar role
* Experience in the sprinkler industry desirable but not essential
* Strong understanding of service‑based contracts and client management
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* Strong organisational skills
