Support planning committees and advise on queries. Progress compulsory purchase orders and regeneration work. Collaborate across teams on major projects. Deliver client training and support business development. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 3 years’ PQE in planning law. Strong experience with Section 106 and CPOs. Confident advising committees and managing appeals. Ability to support and guide junior colleagues. Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
