What youll do: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive electrical maintenance across a wide range of building services plant. Fault finding on electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, control panels, and associated equipment. Ensure all plant and systems are operating safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance requirements. Respond promptly to breakdowns and support the wider engineering team with technical issues. Update maintenance records and ensure all work is completed to a high standard. Assist with system upgrades, small project works, and continuous improvement tasks. What youll bring: Recognised electrical qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent). Experience working within commercial building services or facilities maintenance. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. A proactive and client-focused approach. Willingness to undertake further training on site-specific systems. Why Apply?
