The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Planning Manager to take ownership of the planning strategy across a diverse and growing land pipeline. From smaller developments of 30 homes to large-scale schemes, you’ll be central to securing viable planning permissions that unlock land value and contribute to the delivery of high-quality homes.
