Role Overview The Head of Delivery is responsible for ensuring our projects, builds and installs are delivered smoothly, profitably and predictably, even when the work itself is complex and fast-moving. This role is about more than organisation. It requires adaptability, sound judgement and a solutions-driven mindset someone who can bring structure without stifling creativity, and who is comfortable working in an environment where ideas evolve and challenges are solved collaboratively. You will provide clear delivery leadership working alongside Joinery, Large Format Print, Finishing, Logistics and Install, and working closely with design and client services teams to turn creative ambition into well-executed reality. To support this next phase of our journey, we are recruiting a Project Delivery Lead a collaborative leader who can bring clarity and momentum to complex projects while embracing the creative nature of what we do. Key Responsibilities Delivery & Resource Management Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, builds and installs from confirmed brief through to successful on-site completion. Work collaboratively with production teams to plan resources realistically, protecting capacity while enabling creative solutions. Maintain delivery schedules while responding intelligently to change, balancing deadlines, quality and feasibility. Act as a calm escalation point when pressure builds, helping teams navigate challenges constructively. Financial Oversight & Commercial Awareness Provide clear visibility of project costs, ensuring delivery decisions are commercially sound. Maintain practical cost tracking across labour, materials, subcontractors and delivery overheads. Review and manage change requests with a solutions-focused mindset, protecting margin while supporting client relationships. Help complete the business journey from reactive fixes to informed, forward-looking delivery decisions. Planning, Governance & Continuous Improvement Lead weekly delivery planning meetings and focused stand-ups during critical delivery periods. Develop KPIs as insight tools not just controls to improve planning accuracy, quality and predictability. Introduce and refine delivery gates, escalation routes and ways of working that support clarity without bureaucracy. Learn from each project and help embed better ways of working across teams. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Line manage and support the Project Manager, providing clarity, coaching and confidence. Build strong, respectful relationships across production, logistics and install teams. Work in close partnership with design and client services, enabling them to focus on ideas, visuals and client experience, knowing delivery is in safe hands. Act as a connector aligning people, priorities and pace across the business. Skills & Experience Experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary project delivery within print, display, exhibitions, fit-out or event environments. A strong commercial mindset, with an understanding of cost control and delivery trade-offs. Highly organised but also adaptable comfortable working with evolving briefs and creative nuance. Confident influencing others and resolving conflict through collaboration rather than authority alone. Clear communicator with the presence to work credibly across directors, creative teams and production teams.
