Are you a skilled and experienced Senior Social Worker ready to take on a meaningful role within a dedicated team? We are currently recruiting for an outstanding professional to join our Children and Families Trust in Bradford, where your work will have a direct and lasting impact on the lives of vulnerable children and their families.
About the Role As a Senior Social Worker, you will be a key member of the Children and Families Trust team, delivering high-quality services and leading by example in effective social work practice. This role involves assessment, planning, and the implementation of tailored interventions to meet the needs of children and families—ensuring safety, stability, and support.
Assessments & Interventions Conduct thorough assessments and deliver impactful interventions that support children and families.
Multi-Agency Collaboration Work closely with professionals in health, education, and the voluntary sector to ensure coordinated care.
Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and carers.
Policy Contribution Support the development and implementation of service procedures and policies.
Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
Proven experience in child and family social work
Strong assessment, planning, and communication skills
Passion for safeguarding and improving outcomes for children
