About the Role

As a Publican Recruitment Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential Publicans and key stakeholders across our Leased & Tenancy division. You’ll play a vital role in sourcing, assessing, and supporting candidates through the recruitment and lettings journey—ensuring every interaction reflects our 5★ standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Assess & Match Candidates

Screen and interview applicants, aligning them to the right pub opportunities based on motivations and pub-specific needs.

* Manage Vacancies & Talent Pipeline

Own regional pub vacancies and proactively build and nurture talent pools.

* Drive Recruitment Excellence

Maintain accurate records, manage documentation securely, and continuously improve recruitment processes.

* Engage Stakeholders

Communicate effectively with candidates, colleagues, and Operations teams, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout.

* Champion Candidate Experience

Deliver first-class support and guidance from initial enquiry to offer stage.

* Collaborate & Innovate

Work cross-functionally to improve outcomes, attend regional meetings, and contribute to strategic planning.

* Support Events & Engagement

Attend recruitment events, interview days, and quarterly site visits to stay close to pub needs.

* Maintain Professional Standards

Uphold compliance, challenge processes where needed, and seek personal development opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

* Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales (hospitality sector desirable)
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to plan, organise, and manage time effectively
* A customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* CRM system knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
