Job Description
Johnson & Johnson MedTech | Orthopaedics is seeking a Spine Sales Development Manager covering the Midlands region.
Purpose Of The Role
* Analyze and interpret account strategies and plans using key systems and data to understand the business environment and account needs.
* Develop, deploy, and maintain tactical account business plans aligned with business and customer objectives to achieve targets.
* Prepare plans for customer meetings, including contingencies, to meet account milestones.
* Create presentations for meetings as needed.
What To Expect
Selling
* Prepare engaging presentations for meetings.
* Build strong relationships to identify mutually beneficial sales opportunities in surgical procedures.
* Present brand value propositions and customer solutions to influence buying decisions.
Teamwork
* Collaborate across Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices to deliver business plans.
* Coordinate with sales specialists and commercial teams.
* Support colleagues and share insights via CRM systems.
* Work with regional teams towards common goals.
Professional Education and Marketing
* Lead customer training activities.
* Partner with Professional Education to develop key opinion leader (KOL) relationships and promote educational offerings.
Clinical Expertise
* Understand technical information related to procedures and products.
* Keep updated on market and industry knowledge.
Reporting Structure
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, collaborating with Marketing, Professional Education, Commercial Excellence, Strategic Capabilities, and Customer Services teams.
Candidate Profile
* Understanding of the secondary care environment.
* Proven success in medical device sales.
* Degree preferred.
* Strong consultative skills to build trust and identify customer objectives.
* Proficiency with selling tools like Integrity Selling.
* Deep clinical knowledge of procedures and products.
