We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all property transactions are handled efficiently and accurately. As a Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the legal aspects of property transfers, providing expert guidance to clients throughout the process.
Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion.
* Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction.
* Conduct thorough searches and due diligence to identify any potential issues with properties.
* Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts and transfer deeds.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the conveyancing process.
* Provide clients with clear advice on legal matters related to property transactions.
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing property transfers.
* Demonstrate excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Conveyancer.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
* Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with conveyancing software and Microsoft Office applications.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
