Motor Vehicle Technician Required for a Main Dealer in Stourbridge, West Midlands
1. Salary: Up to £35,000 Basic + Monthly Bonus (OTE £40,000+)
2. Hours: Monday – Friday ONLY - 8:30am-5:30pm (No Weekends!)

Our client; a well-established and award-winning automotive group in the West Midlands, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to join their busy Workshop. This is a rare opportunity to work Monday to Friday only – no weekends required!
What we are looking for in this Vehicle Technician opportunity?:
3. You will be a fully qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent).
4. You must be capable of carrying out diagnostic, service and repair work to a high standard.
5. Previous franchise dealership experience is ideal but not essential – full manufacturer training is provided.
6. A proactive attitude, excellent attention to detail and a desire to deliver outstanding customer service is essential.
As a Vehicle Technician, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
7. Completing vehicle health checks using electronic systems with accuracy.
8. Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
9. Ensuring all work is completed within agreed timeframes while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
10. Carrying out road tests and reporting issues as necessary
What the successful Vehicle Technician can expect?:
11. Basic salary up to £35,000 (dependent on experience)
12. Bonus potential of up to £40,000+
13. Monday to Friday working only – No Saturday shifts!
14. 30 days annual leave (22 days + bank holidays), increasing with length of service
