Adi Facilities Engineering Finance Coordinator
About the Role
As a Finance Coordinator, you'll be responsible for keeping financial records up to date, creating and managing facility budgets, forecasting, working closely with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance, and credit control.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Maintaining and managing financial records for facilities
2. Creating and monitoring facility budgets and forecasts
3. Working with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
4. Reviewing and reconciling financial statements
5. Preparing and submitting financial reports
6. Assisting in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
7. Identifying and analysing financial trends and performance metrics
8. Providing financial guidance and recommendations to management
9. Overseeing credit control and ensuring timely payment of invoices
About you
We would like to hear from you if you have:
10. Extensive experience in finance or accounting
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software
14. Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
15. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
16. Detail-oriented and organized
