Job Description: We are family run Commercial vehicle and plant hire company based in Offham, Kent. Due to recent expansion and the award of a new contract we are seeking to employ an Administrator to carry out a range of administrative duties. Duties Handle incoming calls and emails efficiently and in a friendly manner Perform data entry and filing Assist with the processing of penalty charge notices Help with booking in of services and MOT's on the service desk and service administration. Maintain accurate records ensuring all paperwork is processed accurately Support office management activities such as organizing supplies, maintaining office equipment, and overseeing general administrative functions Support personal assistant duties including calendar management and scheduling for executives or staff members Skills Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Minimum of 2 years Administration experience is essential Strong attention to detail Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. One Saturday morning per month. There is free onsite parking and enrollment into the company pension scheme after the probation period.
