Responsibilities
* Support children with learning disabilities, autism and health needs to lead happy, healthy, fun filled lives in their home, at school and in the community.
* Ensure children are safe, healthy and thriving through daily care.
* Encourage child development and support learning opportunities.
* Proactively support play and activities to enhance quality of life.
* Act as a mentor to other support workers and support the manager.

Requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, compassion and a can‑do attitude at all times
* Responsible, dedicated and a flexible approach to work
* Previous experience working with children or adults with learning disabilities is required.
* All roles are subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.
