We are seeking a Chartered Senior Structural Engineer with the ability to lead projects and manage a growing team. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will take responsibility for projects from concept through to completion, overseeing feasibility studies, detailed design, and delivery through all RIBA stages. You will be leading on a variety of schemes, from bespoke residential developments to larger commercial and multi-storey projects, ensuring high standards of technical quality and client satisfaction. Alongside project leadership, you will manage and mentor junior engineers, helping to develop the next generation of talent within the team.
