Duties

* Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and improve guest experiences.
* Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available.
* Support the management team in various tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a management or hospitality role is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on guest services.
* Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to think critically under pressure.
