We’re looking for an experienced creative with technical skills to produce in-engine and in-game footage, and craft engaging content for trailers, social media, and more. You’ll combine cinematic capture skills with sharp editing to produce polished content that resonates with the gaming community.

WHAT’S THE JOB?
You’ll be a cinematographer and editor, transforming raw gameplay and assets into captivating content. Tasks include virtual camera work in Unreal Engine, editing trailers, hype reels, and more, maintaining a fast-paced, polished output.
Understanding pacing, rhythm, and viewer engagement in gaming videos is essential. You’ll work closely with our team and stay updated on social trends and fan interests.
You’ll handle gameplay captures from Unreal Engine and Unity, editing them into impactful online content.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Capture gameplay footage using in-game cinematography skills and game engines.
* Edit various content types: trailers, social edits, hype videos, etc.
* Combine footage from gameplay, interviews, and live-action into compelling stories.
* Address technical and creative capture challenges.
* Adapt edits for different platforms with a social-first approach.
* Bring innovative ideas from concept to delivery.
* Collaborate with creative leads, producers, and designers.
* Keep up with trends in gaming, football, and pop culture videos.
* Ensure final exports are technically sound and presentation-ready.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* A diverse showreel demonstrating creativity and quality.
* Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
* Experience with cinematic camera techniques in games.
* Proficiency with Unreal Engine and Unity for in-engine capture.
* Ability to edit and capture in-game footage confidently.
* Understanding of social video editing, vertical formats, fast pacing.
* Good sense of sound design, music, and pacing.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Passion for video games.
* Attention to detail and storytelling skills in short formats.
* Team player with collaborative skills.
NICE-TO-HAVES
* Experience with gaming brands.
* Motion graphics skills.
* Knowledge of workflow tools like Frame.io, Trello, Slack.
* Basic color grading and sound mixing skills.
* Experience with 3D or animation.
* Interest in football games is a plus.
