Dartmouth are delighted to work with an FMCG business looking to hire a Reward Lead in an exciting new role. Compensation Management:
Develop and maintain competitive compensation structures and salary bands aligned with industry benchmarks and organizational goals.
Conduct regular analysis of compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Manage the annual salary review process, including budget allocation, performance-based merit increases, and promotions.
Flexible Benefits Administration:
Design and administer flexible benefits programs that meet the diverse needs of employees while optimising cost-effectiveness for the organisation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enhance the range and effectiveness of flexible benefits offerings.
Work closely with HR shared services teams to ensure seamless delivery of reward-related services, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee inquiries.
Proven experience in reward management within the FMCG or related industry, with specific expertise in compensation, flexible benefits, and shared services.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques; ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
