JOB SUMMARY
As the Host/Hostess (fixed-term) in our Straits Kitchen & Bar Restaurant,you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised experiences for every guest. You will be a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities asthe Host/Hostess (fixed-term)will include, but are not limited to:
Maintain complete knowledge of all food items, liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available in the restaurant.
Maintain complete knowledge of all wine/champagne by the glass and major wines on the wine list.
Communicate reservation or cancellation changes to the management as they arise throughout the shift.
Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
Be familiar with all the operation services/features and local attractions/activities to respond accurately to any guest inquiry.
Inspect all aspects of the restaurant environment ensuring compliance with standards of cleanliness and order.
