Are you ready to shape the future of real estate credit risk analysis? We’re looking for a thoughtful and driven Credit Analyst to join our Credit Ratings Team. Reporting to the Head of Real Estate Credit Ratings, you’ll play a key role in assessing and monitoring credit risk across a diverse portfolio, including commercial real estate, structured finance, corporates, housing associations, and more.We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team where everyone can thrive.What you’ll be doing:
 1. Analysing new credit risks across direct and bilateral transactions
 2. Collaborating with origination teams to optimise transaction structures
 3. Recommending internal credit ratings and contributing to committee decisions
 4. Monitoring portfolio performance and conducting annual reviews
 5. Responding to ad hoc requests including amendments and waivers
 6. Supporting digitisation and implementing process improvements
 7. Contributing to internal rating methodologies and best practices
 8. Mentoring junior colleagues and supporting internal reviews
QualificationsWho we’re looking for:
 9. Experience in financial and credit analysis, ideally in commercial real estate
 10. Understanding of structured finance and transaction processes
 11. Ability to interpret macro and micro trends and their interactions
 12. Confidence in attending due diligence and management meetings
 13. Strong Excel skills with Python or SQL knowledge desirable
 14. Clear and concise communicator, both written and verbal
 15. Detail-oriented, creative thinker with a professional approach
 16. Collaborative team player with a drive to improve processes
