Preparing and issuing invoices in a timely manner. Processing account statements for review and reporting. Handling outbound payments to external parties Setting up new accounts and archiving former account records. Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient financial operations. Updating and maintaining the financial database with accuracy. Conducting daily bank reconciliations. Preparing and maintaining overdue paymentsEssential: Proven experience in an accounts, finance, or administrative support role. Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Effective communication skills for liaising with both internal teams and external contacts.
