We are seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join a global law firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact learning and development initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced law firm environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide coordination and administrative support for global L&D projects, including leadership development, client sector training, and various programs.
* Act as project coordinator for both in-person and virtual programming, ensuring all sessions run smoothly from planning through to evaluation.
* Draft and manage program communications, invitations, and participant tracking via Outlook, LMS systems, and other internal platforms.
* Oversee logistics such as scheduling, digital content production, event materials, room and technology setup, and external vendor liaison.
* Manage program delivery, supporting facilitators and ensuring participant engagement using tools such as Zoom breakout rooms.
* Support post-program evaluation, lessons learned, and ROI reporting.
* Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and process invoices and expenses efficiently.
* Contribute creative ideas, process improvements, and proactive support to ensure best-in-class program delivery.
