We are seeking a professional and proactive Night Transport Operations Co-Ordinator to support the delivery of our clients site in Warrington. This role combines operational coordination with direct customer interaction.
The Co-Ordinator will be responsible for driver allocation and planning, real-time monitoring, compliance checks, and system accuracy, while also engaging directly with the customer to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure service levels are consistently met.
This is a skilled role requiring operational expertise and excellent communication and will be a 4 on, 4 off shift rota 19:00 to 07:00 (12 hour shifts)
