Job Title: Development Customer Care Officer
We are excited to recruit a new Development Customer Care Officer to join our dedicated team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing our newly built homes for one to two years post-construction. We will provide comprehensive training and opportunities for your professional growth.
This position is based at our Eastleigh office. Travel to our other locations in Yeovil and Bracknell may be required, so a valid driving license and access to your own vehicle are necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Keep customers informed about any outstanding works in their homes.
2. Ensure customers receive a consistent, efficient, and personalized service.
3. Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
4. Coordinate property defects with the appropriate developer for action.
