A leading design & build specialist is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high‑quality workplace and commercial interior projects. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, design‑driven business that prides itself on creating inspiring spaces and delivering exceptional client experiences from concept through to completion.
You’ll be responsible for managing projects end‑to‑end, working closely with clients, designers, commercial teams and subcontractors to ensure every scheme is delivered safely, on time and to the highest standard.
The Role
As a Design & Build Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple projects across the region, ensuring seamless delivery and strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading projects from pre‑construction through to handover
* Managing site activities, subcontractors and day‑to‑day delivery
* Working closely with design teams to ensure buildability and alignment with client vision
* Overseeing programme, cost control and quality assurance
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and updates
* Ensuring all works are delivered safely and in line with company standards
* Coordinating procurement, logistics and project documentation
* Driving a positive, collaborative culture across project teams
About You
We’re keen to speak with Project Managers who bring:
* Proven experience delivering commercial fit‑out or workplace projects
* Strong understanding of design & build methodology
* Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast‑paced project environments
* A proactive, organised and solutions‑focused approach
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project financials
* Experience working for a D&B contractor or interiors specialist is highly advantageous
Relevant construction or project management qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree) are preferred.
