CJS Recruitment are looking for a Project Coordinator to join a Construction firm in Southeast London who specialise in the supply and installation of ceramic wall and floor tiling, natural stone, vanity tops and mosiacs. Due to substantial growth within the Company, a Project Coordinator is required in order to assist the current team on a permanent basis, and play a vital role in the success of upcoming Projects across the Commercial Sector. The successful candidate will be involved but not limited to the following: * Leading multiple large or complex projects simultaneously. * Assisting or taking responsibility for troubled projects. * Working with other leaders and senior leadership to obtain necessary resources. * Organising contracts, financial files, reports, and invoices. * Coordinating and attending meetings. * Developing project strategies. * Evaluating and finding solutions to potential problems during project implementation. * Managing team goals, project schedules, and new information. * Coordinating team members to keep workflow on track. * Leading and coordinating project teams. The ideal Candidate will be extremely well organised, have excellent communication skills, have a great attention to detail, the ability to stay calm under pressure, be able to juggle tasks and prioritse effectively, and be a strong team player.
