Key Responsibilities - Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality patient care - Own clinic performance, including P&L, budgets, and KPI delivery - Drive operational efficiency, workforce planning, and resource management - Lead, coach, and develop the clinic leadership team and wider workforce - Champion patient experience, using insight and feedback to improve services - Develop and strengthen referral pathways across NHS, private, and insured channels - Identify and deliver business growth and commercial opportunities - Ensure full compliance with HFEA, CQC, and all governance and safety standards - Promote a culture of engagement, continuous improvement, and organisational values About You We are looking for a confident, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
