HR Project Lead needed in Rotherham, £25.25ph PAYE – Reference: 0009 EF37 / 1
The HR Project Lead will evaluate, develop, and implement improvement opportunities and a programme of significant change related to workforce practice.
The post holder should have a demonstrable background in project and large-scale change management, with a good understanding of regulatory changes and employment legislation to guide the service through a period of significant change. The role involves actively managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that service objectives are achieved within set timeframes.
Key Duties/Areas of Responsibility:
1. Lead a comprehensive review of the HR service, identifying strengths and opportunities for improvement within the current service delivery model.
2. Produce high-quality reports and presentations for diverse audiences.
3. Lead the implementation and management of large-scale change initiatives within the HR Service.
4. Develop a thorough understanding of employment legislation, regulation, compliance, and upcoming factors that may impact future service delivery.
5. Develop and implement a sustainable delivery model to ensure effective, compliant, and efficient service delivery of repairs and maintenance.
This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
