Our client is looking for an experienced and committed Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join their compassionate team in a beautifully designed, luxury care home that offers high-quality nursing and residential care to older adults. What We’re Looking For:
* A valid NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
* Minimum 2 years of post-registration experience
* Ideally, experience working within a nursing home or older adult setting
* Confident clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills
* A genuine passion for working with older adults
* Reliability, kindness, and a team-focused approach

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to residents
* Take clinical responsibility for care delivery during your shift
* Oversee medication management and accurate record-keeping
* Support, guide and mentor care staff as needed
* Work collaboratively with families, GPs, and external health professionals
* Maintain a calm, dignified environment that supports residents’ wellbeing
