Strong pipeline of works extending into late 2026.
Essential requirement: Prime/High-End Residential refurbishment experience.Senior Project Manager's Role:
Oversee 2-3 projects with contract values ranging from £3 to £6 million with a site manager present on each site
Responsible for project management, including programming and procurement.
Proficiency in Asta or MS Projects is preferred.
Previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.Requirements:
High-end residential/Prime refurbishment experience.
Excellent organizational and team management skills.
Competent in programming and procurement.
Knowledge of MS Projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Benefits:
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000
