HGV Class 1 Driver (Temp to Perm) Start Date: ASAP Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday - 5:30am start Estimated weekly earnings: approx. £823 per week this includes the following: Meal allowance: £7.91 per day Box delivered bonus: £36 Collections bonus: £10 About the role: We are currently recruiting a Temp-to-Perm Class 1 Driver to support a busy furniture distribution operation. The role involves delivering items such as sofas, armchairs, and other upholstered furniture to various locations across the UK. Typical routes may include areas such as Kendal, Chester, Coventry, and Birmingham, with up to six drops per day. Although the items are large, manual handling is minimised as you’ll be using trolleys and handling equipment to manoeuvre products safely.
