Objectives of this Role • Strategize, implement, and maintain Private 5G Delivery program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives • Maintain organizational standards within our Private 5G Delivery methodology of satisfaction, quality, and performance • Oversee multiple Private 5G Delivery projects, ensuring program goals are reached • Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity What you’ll be doing This role will be focused on the technical project management of our international Private 5G Network projects. This role requires a mix of organizational, technical, and consultative skills. A successful resource will have a knack for building relationships with our business customers and vendor partners. You will work closely with sales teams, internal and external technology partners, product managers, and third parties to build and deliver successful customer outcomes. This includes leading project documentation, reporting, progress tracking, third party management, customer and internal communication, project governance, and quality assurance activities. A successful candidate will have the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels in an organization. You should not only be passionate about delivering accurate, on-time solutions, you should also be obsessed with contributing to the development of high-performance teams through rigorous goal-setting, disciplined attention to performance metrics, continuous process improvement, and mentorship. This individual must work collaboratively in a dynamic, face-paced environment and seek creative solutions to complex problems proactively. You’ll need to have: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to effectively participate and lead discussions and present material at manager and executive levels, and to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, technology management, business management, or similar. • Advanced knowledge of Private Wireless Networks deployment processes and the impact thereof on the technical environment. • Project management certifications including PMP, ITIL, Prince2, MSP, etc. • 6 or more years of relevant work experience. • 4-5 years of experience in technical wireless deployment management, preferably in Private 5G or complex cellular enterprise deployments. • Experience in project planning and providing leadership. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Willingness to travel up to 50%. Even better if you have: • 10 years of Professional Services project delivery leadership. • Proven success with complex Private 5G deployments. • Proven ability to engage clients and manage relationships at the C-Level. • Leadership ability with excellent communications and team building skills across multiple work locations. • Strong technical acumen to understand and solve complex network and application layer challenges both from a design and problem management perspective.
