B2B Trading & Assortment Manager
Location: Trade House, Mead Avenue, Houndstone Business Park, Yeovil, BA22 8RT.
It’s an exciting time to join the Screwfix for Business team! As we continue to grow our B2B proposition, this role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the future of the business and influence how we serve trade and business customers at scale.
Reporting to the Strategic Development and Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving sales and profit growth across Screwfix for Business. You’ll be responsible for developing and evolving a competitive, customer-focused assortment and trading plan that meets the changing needs of our business customers.
Working collaboratively across the Screwfix for Business and Category teams, you’ll identify and close range gaps for key accounts and tender opportunities, enable rapid SKU onboarding, and ensure our offer is fit for purpose across a wide range of customer jobs and project needs. Your work will directly support improved conversion, increased share of wallet, and a stronger overall customer proposition.
