We're currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our Business Development and Estimating team, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders across various business services, including Electrical Vehicle Charging, Battery Storage, and Large Industrial and Commercial grid connections throughout the UK.
So, what will you be doing?
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Business Development and estimating team by assisting in the administration of documentation and record-keeping. Responsibilities include -
* Ensure the upkeep of online databases and electronic files for efficient record-keeping.
* Maintain a consistently professional client-facing approach, delivering exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients.
* Proactively identify and resolve queries in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
* Effectively manage diaries and coordinate both internal and external meetings.
* Accurately document minutes and action points during meetings to facilitate follow-up actions.
* Handle the arrangement and completion of Point of Connection (POC) and Asset Values (AV) applications with DNOs and IDNOs.
* Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and liaise with accounts for seamless payment processing.
* Provide support in hotel bookings and assist in event planning tasks.
The Person:
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and prior experience in Administration or Data Input. They should be adept at maintaining records, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating tasks efficiently.
