My Brighton based client are seeking a 1-5 year experienced 360 biller, from any 'professional services' vertical to come in and take over a high performing consultant's desk, who is moving internally to launch a new area of the business.

* Base salary range £30-£45k (based on previous performance)

The Opportunity in Detail
The business has been thriving within the Finance and Insurance sectors for over a decade. They have an incredibly loyal client base due to their high quality processes, the professionalism of their consultants and their impressive staff retention.
Due to an experienced consultant moving internally to build out a new function, the hire is high priority, and offers a unique platform to start making commission very quickly.
The desk covers the following Insurance verticals:
* Broking
* Claims
Experience in the insurance market is not essential as they can teach this on the job, the priority is a consultant with an evidenced track record of running, high quality end to end 360 permanent recruitment processes with repeat business and confidence of how to manage a controlled, consultative process.
The Ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months full 360 Recruitment experience, with evidence of self sourcing clients and running the full recruitment cycle. Candidates Principal Consultant level can be considered as there is a flexible salary budget allocated.
You will be seeking an 'employee first' business that promotes development and autonomy and love working in the recruitment sector, forming deep, long term relationships with your candidates and clients.
